ALLEN Career Institute Kota started in 1988 with just eight students and gradually built its name through medical entrance results, recording 12 Rajasthan PMT selections in 1991 and the state’s first rank in 1995. PCP Sikar came much later, starting in 2009 as Prince Career Pioneer and growing with Sikar’s rise as a competitive-exam destination.
As PCP Coaching Sikar expanded its JEE, NEET, and foundation programmes, ALLEN was already producing major national results. Its classroom students secured AIR 1 in both JEE Advanced and AIPMT in 2014, followed by AIR 1, 2, and 3 in both JEE Advanced and NEET-UG in 2016. PCP added NEET preparation in its growth journey and later developed multiple campuses, hostels, and student-support facilities.
PCP's 2024 results brought a major milestone with Devesh Joshi scoring 720/720 and AIR 1 in NEET, while the institute reported 782 government MBBS selections. At the same time, PCP expanded beyond its Palwas Road campus to Piprali Road, Brainy Jaipur-Bikaner Bypass, and later Jaipur.
ALLEN also continued expanding from Kota into distance and digital learning and then into a wider national network. Its official figures now mention 40 lakh+ students mentored, 3.5 lakh+ students in 2026 -27, 78 cities, 350+ classroom campuses, and 450+ test centres. Meanwhile, PCP Sikar has continued strengthening its Sikar-based multi-campus and residential learning model.

Before paying the admission fee or enrolling in the coaching, one must take some time to evaluate the coaching beyond advertisements. Now the question is how to choose the best coaching before admission? Or what things should students and parents check before admission to any coaching? Well, here are the key points you must look at before admission.
Meet the Faculty - Know who will actually teach your batch, not just the names used in advertisements.
See the Batch - Ask about the real batch strength and how much individual attention students receive.
Understand the Study System - Look at the study material, test schedule, revision plan, and doubt-solving process.
Check the Complete Cost - Confirm tuition, registration, test series, hostel, and any other additional charges.
Look Around the Hostel - If staying on campus, check rooms, food, cleanliness, security, and daily supervision.
Read the Result Claims Carefully - Ask what “selection” means and whether the numbers include classroom, online, or test-series students.
Know the Scholarship Terms - Check eligibility, discount amount, and conditions before counting a scholarship into your budget.
Talk to Real Students - Their everyday experience can give you a clearer picture than a brochure.
Visit Before Deciding - A campus visit can help you judge whether the environment feels right for the student.
The choice between PCP Sikar and ALLEN Kota boils down to a student's comfort in a particular institute where they can study consistently and perform to the best of their ability. Both institutes have comparable statistics for JEE and NEET, but the learning environments differ, although similar.
